Lynn Bourdon serves as Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Bourdon joined Ace Energy Solutions in January of 2020 as Chairman and was named the CEO in December of that year. Mr. Bourdon has over 37 years of experience in the midstream, petrochemical, and refinery industries. Before joining Ace, Mr. Bourdon served as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of American Midstream Partners, L.P. (NYSE: AMID) and led the public offering of Enable Midstream Partners, L.P. (NYSE: ENBL) as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Bourdon previously served as Group Senior Vice President of NGL & Natural Gas Marketing, Petrochemical, Refined Products & Marine Services for Enterprise Products Partners (NYSE:EPD). Before joining Enterprise, he served in leadership roles with Orion Refining Corporation, En*Vantage, Inc, PG&E Corporation (NYSE: PGE), and Valero Energy Company (NYSE:VLO). Earlier in his career, Mr. Bourdon held various engineering, analytical and commercial roles at the Dow Chemical Company (NYSE:DOW), where he started his career. Mr. Bourdon has a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Texas Tech University and an MBA from the University of Houston. He currently serves on the Energy Advisory Board for the University of Houston.
